model repository' -
I installed Pinokio today and your 'space saver' is a must have in terms of model downloads and storage. I already have ComfyUI Desktop, Stability Matrix, and the portable version of ComfyUI on my PC. This means a multitude of models and I'd be lying if I said many of them are duplicates. Time for a clear out and some organisation. Your gem of a tip is greatly appreciated.
I think I can now let Stability Matrix go. It was handy to have but it did cause me a few headaches in terms of package installation update errors and conflicts. Pinokio seems to be, as you described it, a game-changer.
Thanks for this, Chris. Now for 'How to Train a LoRA'
Hi Vic, thanks, good to hear it has helped you. I have pretty much consolidated to Pinokio and ComfyUI Desktop now. I have the same issue with the growing number of models and LoRAs - I need to do some pruning!
Since writing How to Train a LoRA I have also used the Pinokio container for FluxGym (both are developed by CocktailPeanut) and now use it over Flux Trainer in ComfyUI as the Pinokio wrapper has removed the issues I had with it. They are both good LoRA trainers though.
This has come at the perfect time:

Perfect!
I haven't used ComfyUI Portable or Stability Matrix since I installed Desktop so those two are ready for the shears.
I now have some time to read How to Train a LoRA, so I'm going to do that right now :)
